Formerly a mill, the town laundry, a joiner’s yard even an undertakers, the Mosset Tavern became a bustling tavern in 1973 and has been welcoming guests from all over, ever since.
Under one roof we are a family dining-room and function room, a cosy dog-friendly bar and we also have a place to call home with our four-bedroomed apartment – Burngreen House.
We are a family business that prides itself on providing the right service for each occasion, producing tasty home-made bar meals, lunches, delivering outstanding weddings and banquets, pouring the perfect pint of ale and shaking all the right ingredients for exquisite cocktails and beautiful serves.

Burngreen House is our self-catering accommodation for those wishing to holiday in this picturesque corner of Scotland. It’s an ideal base, with many activities and attractions all within a short drive.
